Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment At Inspired Parfums, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

Unopened Items We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original, sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened & Used Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance products that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is in line with EU consumer hygiene regulations.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at inspiredparfumsie@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at returns.inspiredparfumsie@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
